Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host. As a Host, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires excellent time management skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using Aloha POS system
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and food safety regulations

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
- Upselling skills to promote additional menu items and increase sales
- Knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Understanding of food industry standards and practices

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
