What you'll do:

Reporting directly to the SVP, Global Sales Engineering, this person will lead a dynamic team to drive revenue growth worldwide through strategic partnerships. Collaborating closely with senior leadership to implement our Partner First strategy, attracting and nurturing key alliances.

• Craft and execute global channel sales engineering strategy for revenue growth.
• Mentor and manage channel sales engineers to provide top-notch technical guidance.
• Enable partners with necessary training and resources for effective sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends to offer expert support to partners.
• Collaborate with sales teams in pre-sales and partner activities.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for success.
• Foster strong collaboration across teams.

What you'll bring:

• Strong leadership and communication skill
• Proven track record in managing centralized programs
• Experience leading and managing global teams
• Strong business acumen and adaptability
• Relevant experience in channel sales, sales engineering, information security
• Willingness to travel as needed
