Mimecast is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to perform, automate and improve reporting using Tableau and other systems and work as a liaison between the North America Sales Operations and Systems (DBI) teams. This role will be key to delivering data that our sales leadership needs to effectively run the business and will report to the Director of North America Sales Operations.

What You'll Do

• Takeover reporting responsibilities of current Sales Operations Specialists.

• Take inventory of existing reporting that the North America Sales Operations team is currently performing.

• Collaborate with other operations teams (Marketing, Channel, etc.) to identify which reports can be discontinued and if any new reports are required.

• Automate reports and data quality processes either directly via Tableau or indirectly by coordinating with the Business Intelligence (BI) and Systems (DBI) teams.

• Collaborate with BI and DBI teams to identify and resolve data quality issues

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy

• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills

• Ability to work with multiple teams and create partnerships that will drive successful projects

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Tableau or other Business Intelligence tool experience preferred
