**Overview:**
Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk here at the Milwaukee Radio Group, where you will play a vital role in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in our accounting processes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role
- Familiarity with accounting software, knowledge of Marketron a plus
- Proficiency in math and basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of technical accounting procedures
- Experience with account reconciliation
- Previous exposure to accounts payable processes is a plus
