The Manager of Information and Electronic Systems (IES) defines and implements the strategic plan for all MPM information technology systems, conference systems, telephone, and voice/data networks. Responsible for procurement of all computers, systems, software, and other computer–related technologies. This position ensures the safety, security, reliability, and usability of these technologies for the Museum complying with applicable laws and regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university specializing in computer science, business management, or a related area.
At least five, preferably ten, years of experience working as a professional in information technology systems with supervisory responsibility.
Training in Project Management techniques and Process Mapping.
Experience in developing strategies for enterprise technologies.
