Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join the Guest Experience team at Fiserv Forum. In this position you will learn what it takes to prepare for and execute events, provide world class service to our guests, and support our frontline team members to success.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, direct calls, and provide basic information.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of department communications.
• Prepares event paperwork and supplies.
• Assist in preparing training materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
• Research and benchmark potential and current department programs.
• Shadow leadership team during events to develop understanding of event operations, service, and frontline team management.
• Collaborates with Guest Experience Coordinator on the set up of trainings, meetings and special events.
• Empower frontline team members to provide world class service.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience Manager on Recognition program and prize room.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must currently be enrolled as a junior or senior at accredited college or university.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
