Mile High Eye Institute is searching for a well-rounded Patient Care Coordinator to help us deliver the best possible service to each and every one of our patients. Patient Care Coordinators have a direct, immediate impact on the success of Mile High Eye Institute through patient interactions. We've grown to who we are today thanks in no small part to them!

The typical day of our Patient Care Coordinator varies but there are a few things you can count on: First, our Patient Care Coordinators generally opens the office bright and early (6:45 am), they provide the nothing-but-wonderful service to our patient, starting with a bight cheerful smile and welcoming voice they greet incoming patients. The Patient Care Coordinator will check the patient in for their visit and collect any payments due. Once getting the patient checked in they are able to pass the patient along to our technicians. Our Patient Care Coordinators manage our high volume phone calls with grace, along being the last face the patients get to see at check out, where they will schedule any needed follow up visits.

Starting pay for Patient Care Coordinators: $20.00/hour (adjustable based on previous experience).
