Milacron Plastics Technologies Group LLC is Hiring a Threadmill Operator- 3rd Shift Near McPherson, KS, USA, KS

Shift 3 (United States of America) Position Summary: Milacron is looking for a 3rd shift Threadmill Operator to join our team in McPherson, KS. As a Threadmill Operator you will be responsible for the set-up and operation of a variety of machinery to produce a large assortment of parts or finishes, often of a complex nature. 3rd Shift M-F 12am-8am, mandatory overtime including Saturdays as needed. Training will take place on 1st shift. Work You’ll Do: Setup and operate a variety of machinery to blueprint specifications Produce parts to the highest-level finishes and tolerances Use various measuring tools and instruments for precision measuring Move controls to set specified speeds, feed rates, and spacing between wheel faces Lifts and positions work piece manually or with a hoist and secures it between wheels and on work rest Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: 1 years of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience blueprint reading experience preferred Basic math skills required, advanced preferred General computer skills Knowledge and understanding of various measuring devices Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Dependable, honest, quick learner, good communication skills and team player Ability to work a flexible schedule including any days, shift, and weekends to ensure that the customer demand is met Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace Who we are: Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
