Shift 3 (United States of America) Position Summary: Milacron is looking for an Industrial Maintenance mechanic 3rd Shift to join our team in McPherson, KS. As a Maintenance mechanic you will be responsible for… Work You’ll Do: Install, relocate, replace, maintain, or repair production machines and assets. Ensure all contractors and employees work and comply with plant safety procedures. Interior upkeep of building and as needed. Monitor machine performance and perform preventative maintenance and updates to assure continuity of production. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Team: You will be a part of a team of approximately 3 Maintenance Technicians providing coverage for all 3 shifts. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is required. 1-3 years of related experience or training; or a combination of education and experience Basic math skills required Must be able to drive a forklift or company vehicle. Requires valid state driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: Technical school w/certificate is preferred.
