Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent time management skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer intake of alcohol and prevent overconsumption
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage service techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling
Note: All positions at our establishment are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships or volunteer opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
