Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your main goal will be to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Sanitate work areas, including tables, chairs, and dining utensils
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Strong upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide a warm and welcoming environment for guests
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to build positive guest relations through attentive service
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to assist with bussing tables during peak hours
