Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties: - Greet guests and seat them at their tables - Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages - Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and courteous manner - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction - Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meals - Handle cash transactions and process payments using the cash register or POS system - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the guest experience - Follow all food safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment Experience: - Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic math skills for handling payments accurately - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to work well in a team environment We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
