Position Summary:
The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our company’s growth and mission. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of talent across different functions of the business, representing the company positively in all interactions with candidates and external partners to enhance our brand and attract top talent. An ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment while also being able to work independently. They are proactive, with excellent communication and bring innovative ideas that align with the overall company mission and goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must fulfill the knowledge, skill, and/or ability requirements listed below.
  • Assist Talent Acquisitions Lead in managing end-to-end recruitment processes including posting requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to source and attract qualified active and passive candidates for open positions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisitions Lead, hiring managers & cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, and assist with job descriptions, and recruitment strategies.
  • Communicate timely and effectively with internal and external stakeholders on recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Make job offers and follow up with candidates who were screened and interviewed in a timely manner.
  • Utilize ADP to onboard new hires including required pre-employment screenings and E-Verify.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas of improvement to leverage in improving the process.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations as needed to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
  • Assist in providing employees with a clear understanding of the company policies and procedures and state and federal laws.
  • Attend and participate in job fairs and other community outreach to attract talent.
  • Maintain confidential employee records to ensure current status.
  • Assist in training employees and managers on ADP recruitment and onboarding modules.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Skills:
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on LinkedIn and other niche professional job posting sites.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to function in an agile environment & prioritize workload.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a highly confidential capacity.
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data to make informed data-driven decisions to enhance recruitment processes and improve recruitment metrics.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Education Requirements
:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment or Human Resources.

Preferred Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the tech industry
  • Familiarity with State and Federal employment laws and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
