Overview:
Midwest Roofing, a leading provider of roofing solutions in Missouri, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to drive our marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility. As the Head of Marketing, you will lead a team dedicated to innovative lead generation, multi-avenue marketing, client retention, and brand awareness. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage: Guide and hold your marketing team accountable. Foster a culture of professionalism, detailed organization, and continuous learning.
• Acquiring Leads: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
• Marketing Execution: Oversee marketing campaigns across multiple avenues, ensuring they represent Midwest Roofing's desired image. Maintain responsibility for regular reporting on campaign effectiveness.
• Client Retention: Implement effective strategies to retain clients, increasing customer lifetime value and satisfaction.
• Brand Awareness: Enhance Midwest Roofing's market presence through consistent and compelling brand messages across all platforms.

Required Skills:

• Expert in B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
• Proficient in digital and traditional marketing techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Determined self-starter who is motivated to learn, grow, and adapt.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
