Job Summary:The estimation department is an integral part of MWR. The core function of the estimation department is to provide a streamlined process to move jobs from field work to a billable state in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times. We accomplish this task by using software such as Xactimate, Dash, and other Microsoft Office programs. Though our department works primarily behind the scenes, we must communicate with multiple departments to efficiently produce accurate scopes for work completed and must possess the ability to find relevant notation in various forms of documentation.

What you will do:

• Own Scopes for specific Department(s) in quarterly rotation
• Assist with Mitigation Scopes
• Peer Review Junior Estimators Scopes
• Working with Department Head(s) for assigned department(s)
• Develop and Improve Processes and Procedures with Senior and Estimation Manager - Focusing on Assigned Department(s)
• T.B.D.
