Essentials & Duties:

  • Customer Acquisition: Plan and organize a daily work schedule to find and establish new customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the team by achieving weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals, with bonus incentives.
  • Knowledge Development: Develop knowledge of effective sales techniques, the remodeling side of the construction industry, and the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and wants.
  • Business Pursuit: Pursue new business daily through canvassing, networking, and running company leads.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously strive for personal and professional improvement.
  • Learning Initiative: Daily commitment to learning new sales techniques to enhance closing percentages.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Background Screening and Drug Test: Successfully pass both.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Roof Inspection: Capable of completing roof inspections, including climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
  • Personal Attributes: Energetic, positive attitude, willingness to learn and invest in personal development, high work ethic, and ability to work independently.
  • Weekend Commitment: Availability to work weekends as needed.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, with success in car sales representatives considered advantageous

Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus opportunities and Commission Pay
