- Collaborate with clients to create customized painting proposals and estimates
- Coordinate with our painting team to schedule and oversee projects to completion
- Proactively address any issues or concerns that arise during the painting process
- Ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business through excellent service and communication
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the commercial painting industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of commercial painting techniques and products
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

$86,000 - $200,000 per year
