*OPPORTUNITY*

We are a boutique PT practice looking for a FULL TIME Receptionist for M-F from 11 am-7pm. This is a prime opportunity to learn and be part of a true Physical Therapy team with potential for advancements. Looking for candidates who have a minimum of 1 year work experience as a receptionist in a medical facility, preferences will be given to those candidates who have prior work experience in a out patient Physical Therapy setting.

Duties include:

• Able to answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed as well as correspond with our billing team.
• Performing insurance authorizations and verification
• Scheduling appointments.
• Works as a team member to make sure patient receives a positive experience.
• Taking copays and providing proper forms on new incoming patients, among other assigned administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS*

• Excellent Oral Communication
• Flexibility and adaptability necessary to adjust to fluid situations is a must
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong time management skills as well as working independently and efficiently.
• Prior Receptionist experience in a Medical setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
