Essential Functions:

• Provide accurate information to prospective student parents and help them determine if Middle Tree is a good fit.
• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with clients, students, and colleagues.
• Conduct interviews with prospective student parents, following our established procedures.
• Stay current with Middle Tree initiatives to effectively market our programs.
• Attend and actively participate in Operations meetings.
• Engage in effective phone work to schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and enrolled student parents.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and municipal laws and school policies, ensuring ethical practices and nondiscrimination.
• Provide transparent information to prospective student parents.
• Follow all Middle Tree policies and procedures, including those related to enrollment.
• Assist Parents through the Registration Process.
• Continually meet or exceed the performance criteria set by the Director of Operations.
• Respect the confidentiality of school materials.
• Represent Middle Tree at various events, conferences, and meetings to enhance the organization's visibility and community outreach. There will be local travel required to attend various events throughout the month.
• Actively develop relationships with local schools, businesses, and non-profit organizations to enhance Middle Tree’s brand recognition.
• Work closely with the Operations Team to align external relations efforts with programmatic goals and organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Proven track record of successful sales and/or admissions experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
