GROUNDS/MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

DO YOU HAVE THESE SKILLS?

• Ability to maintain the grounds of various properties, cleaning exterior and surroundings
• Operating blowers, pressure washers, and using basic lawn maintenance tools
• Light tree and shrub trimming
• Using sprayers for vegetation control
• Completing lawn repairs to re-establish turf
• Performing pool maintenance – cleaning and removing debris
• Removing snow and salting sidewalks
• Repairing small plumbing leaks
• Assist in reconditioning vacant units – cleaning and removing debris
• Changing out bulbs and other lamp maintenance
• Touch up various painting as needed

This position is an 8 hour, full-time position with rotating on-call hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
