GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
The Residential Programs Coordinator is responsible for daily oversight of one of our agency residential program(s).
The duties include oversight of para-professional programmatic services, facility operations and upkeep and collaborative oversight of wellness and educational programming. This position is responsible for assuring that supervised staff, facility and records meet or exceed licensing, accreditation and agency standards. The Residential Programs Coordinator serves as an MMRS Inc. leadership team member and will assist with strategic planning, contract and grant management as assigned as well as identification of staff training needs.

Supervised by the Assistant Director, Clinical Services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or a related human service field with licensure by State of Michigan. Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) is desired or preferred CAADC developmental plan candidates. Or willing to start CAADC developmental plan upon being hired.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in substance abuse field desired. Supervisory experience is desired.
