Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for an HRIS Project Manager to join our HR department. This position is a full-time opportunity based out of our regional office located in Rockville, Maryland with a hybrid work model.

Reporting to a Director of HR Operations, the HRIS Project Manager will lead and manage the technology portfolio across HR, facilitates the collaboration within the HR team and across the organization to guide business strategy through data, and will manage an HRMS Analyst. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing HR systems and process improvement solutions, including delivery of service that optimizes employees' experience, alignment with organizational goals and support of future growth, integration of data for analytical insights, and driving HR operational excellence.
