Earn $25 per hour in total compensation!!

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Description:

Mid America Health is currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team! This position is 16-20 days per month (must have availability Monday -Friday) based out of the Columbus, IN area and is a rewarding opportunity providing portable dental services to local county jails and behavioral health. This opportunity would be a great fit for a Dental Assistant interested in a low stress opportunity in a non-private practice setting. Travel could extend to 2.5- 3-hour travel, hotel stay provided if desired.

  • Guaranteed compensation of $24,000 annual salary
  • Additional $15 per hour for clinic hours worked and drive time
  • NO weekend or evening hours, and full benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k, generous paid time off, paid holidays, flex spending, and a health savings account
  • Company vehicle is provided, along with a gas and maintenance card
  • An active Indiana Dental Radiology License is required for this opportunity

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Duties Include:

  • Assist Dentist in chairside procedures
  • Responsible for equipment and supplies as well as maintenance of company van
  • Various administrative duties

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Qualifications Include:

  • Current Indiana Dental Radiology License is a MUST
  • Current CPR for Healthcare Providers required
  • 1-year Dental Assistant experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel within a 2- hour radius of Columbus
