POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Adjunct Professor of Marketing to join our academic team. This role involves delivering high-quality education in various marketing disciplines to prepare our students for success in their future careers. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of marketing principles and the ability to convey these concepts to students with clarity and enthusiasm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teach a diverse array of marketing courses, including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics, and Marketing Research.
Engage students through dynamic teaching methods and foster an environment conducive to learning.
Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain office hours to offer additional support and guidance to students as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A strong foundation and practical knowledge in various marketing areas, as indicated by the courses to be taught.
Prior teaching experience in marketing or related fields is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours, specifically in Marketing.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Experience with interactive computer programs (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet)
Canvas or classroom management software experience preferred. Training will be provided if needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
