Customer Systems & Technology team is looking for a Principal Program Manager who has demonstrated customer empathy, understands cloud solutions and selling strategy, brings deep technical expertise, high-energy and positive attitude to build customer success focused engineering products and solutions, that will enable Microsoft customers achieve digital transformation through successful adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions.We are looking for a Principal Program Manager who thinks strategically, works pragmatically in a dynamic environment, values and enjoys delivering engineering solutions across a matrix of partner teams. In this role, you will own the portfolio of multiple products/solutions end-to-end, and will be responsible for product planning, user experience, user trainings, documentation, product adoption and overall customer satisfaction.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.Required/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8 years work experience in program management, process management, process improvementOR equivalent experience.8 years of product management or technical program management experience in delivering multiple software products and services with end-to-end ownership.5 years of experience defining and driving the vision, goals, and product roadmap making meaningful impact on top level business.Additional Qualifications:Business acumen and customer focus to understand customer scenarios and translate them as product/solution requirements.Experience across internal and external cloud solutions and deep understanding in competitive landscape.Drive engineering execution and delivery across all the disciplines to deliver scenarios and features with very high quality.Great problem-solving skills combined with technical proficiency and strategic thinking.Experience in analyzing data, deriving actionable insights to drive impactful engineering solutions.Ability to be influential and impactful in cross-group and matrixed team environments.Attitude to learn new areas and ability to adopt quickly to dynamic business conditions.Collaborate effectively within team and across orgs to manage stake-holders, drive alignment and synergies to deliver impact.Writing skills that deliver functional and technical specs, formal presentation and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate ideas effectively with engineers, leadership team as well as non-technical partners and customers.Demonstrate the Model, Coach, Care principles in leading a team of talented PMs in each product area.Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 - $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 - $292,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
