Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Develop account strategy and negotiation, promote commercial solutions, and improve customer satisfaction. Leverage theoretical knowledge of complex principles of technology to promote the sale of Microsoft products or services. Evaluate consumer trends and optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment (“ROI”) goals. Develop business value propositions that drive long-term value creation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue. Promote a compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes sales. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location. Requires domestic and international travel up to 25%.
EDUCATION: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience in designing and/or selling technical solutions.
SPECIFIC SKILLS: This position also requires 24 months of experience in each of the following: Consultative Selling; Financial Cost Analysis; Opportunity/Deal Orchestration; Sales Strategy; and 12 months of experience in each of the following: Deal Strategy; Compliance Management; and Decision Making.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (Job Code: TSCBW17244a), in Atlanta, GA, is $120,000 to $150,000.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
