Job Summary:
Barska is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires someone with a passion for E-commerce and distributor management, who can drive growth through innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a background in sales and marketing, and a keen interest in consumer products. Individuals without prior experience are encouraged to apply as well.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for Barska’s products.
• Manage E-commerce accounts daily, including listing optimization and campaign management to maximize revenue.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand their needs and enhance relationships.
• Implement continuous follow-up strategies to strengthen account management.
• Coordinate trade show participation, including planning, booth setup, and marketing materials.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Proven ability to attract and retain customers and expand the portfolio.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Quick adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Experience or interest in E-commerce and distributor management is preferred. Individuals without prior experience are encouraged to apply as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
