Opportunity: Bell & Associates is currently looking for a part-time marketing assistant to work directly with a Wealth Advisor. This is an on-site position out of our Utica office location, two days a week for a total of 16 hours. Exact schedule is flexible.

Objective: The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Wealth Advisor with their ongoing marketing efforts, working closely with the firm’s marketing department. Working knowledge of a PC computer is a must.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Update email marketing database
• Create and execute marketing campaigns
• Assist with client communications
• Update Client Relationship Management system
• Answer and make phone calls to clients and prospects
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Assist with the planning and execution of educational and client appreciation events
• On occasion greet clients when they visit the office

Required Qualifications:

• Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize
• Must be technology savvy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn other software programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to be flexible and take on new projects

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a Client Relationship Management (RedTail) tool
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Associate or bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in marketing and/or office administration

Compensation:

• $16/hr to $20/hr based on qualifications

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
