This role is responsible for the overall leadership, growth and success of the member center and its team members. This position is responsible for serving as the Credit Union’s lead advocate and champion within the member center and surrounding communities by actively identifying, cultivating, and soliciting opportunities to increase membership growth, loan growth, product penetration, and developing new business relationships for the Credit Union. The Member Center Manager is responsible for the overall member center operations ensuring the financial, compliance, and sales and service objectives are met, including individual and team sales responsibilities.
