Position: Director of Buildings and Grounds
The Director of Buildings & Grounds serves under the supervision of the Superintendent and is ultimately responsible for leadership of the Maintenance Department, including but not limited to: construction projects; customer and staff service; the physical state of the District; management and supervision of maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff; oversight of the work of employees; increasing efficiencies; staying within budget; and student/staff safety.
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000
Calendar: 12-month position
