Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Train, mentor, and supervise service technicians and support staff - Schedule and prioritize service appointments to maximize efficiency - Upsell additional services and products to customers - Perform automotive repairs and maintenance as needed - Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues - Conduct oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, shocks/struts replacements, and other automotive repairs - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and repair estimates Experience: - Minimum of [X] years of experience in automotive repair and service management - Strong knowledge of air brakes, transmission systems, and auto estimating - Proficient in performing oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, shocks/struts replacements, and other automotive repairs - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns - Proven track record of successfully managing a team of service technicians - Experience in upselling additional services and products to customers Note: Please do not include any contact information such as email or phone number in the job description.
