We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sushi and a strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine. The successful candidate will be able to prepare a variety of sushi dishes with speed and accuracy, as well as demonstrate excellent knife skills and a commitment to food safety and hygiene. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi dishes according to customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Follow food safety protocols and regulations.
• Use proper knife techniques when cutting fish and other ingredients.
• Be able to explain sushi dishes to customers and wait staff.
• Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
