• JD from top US Law School
• Excellent academic credentials
• NY Bar Admission
• 4-6 years of top law firm experience gained at a top law firm
• Top law firm relevant in-house experience will be considered
• Experience working on asset backed transactions and structured finance transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
