Candidates must have experience in asset-backed finance transactions, advising issuers, underwriters and collateral managers in all aspects of structured finance. The firm's clients are financial institutions, start ups, and many well-established names in the market. This is a very exciting opportunity to join the firm as it is in their growth phase.
