Description
Project Manager:
- Must have experience managing commercial projects from ground up, tenant improvement construction
- Actively participates in the construction process by preparing information (schedules, budgets, scopes of work) to be utilized in securing new work.
- Stays current with top industry software and technology packages: maintains current technology and makes recommendations for future technology acquisitions.
- Maintains RFI's and submittals
- Maintains estimating databases and templates (estimating templates, scope of work templates, etc.).
- Maintain and distribute project documentation
- Field operations and safety
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- 8-10 years experience in Construction industry
- Commercial project experience required
- Ability to develop strong relationships with key subcontractors
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, required
- Based in the OC or LA area - will be required to go into OC office 3-4 times a week with travel to LA projects on an as needed basis
Job Offer

- Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 - $170,000 depending on applicant experience
