We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

```Duties```
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other project team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D
- Excellent project coordination and scheduling skills
- Strong time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during construction projects
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
