Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple tasks and teams.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed for projects
- Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
- Prepare reports regarding job status
- Resolve any problems that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Excellent project coordination and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
