Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Create and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
Build and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
Negotiate and administer contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with contract specifications and terms.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the construction process.
Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.
Address and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the construction process.
Oversee the project closeout process, including final inspections and client acceptance.
Address any outstanding issues and ensure client satisfaction.

4 years of construction experience within the PM track
Must have previous multifamily project experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field highly desirable
