Job Summary

Centex Construction, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a variety of projects in Charlotte, NC

Multi-Family construction experience is required.

• Must have a multi-family construction background
• Ability to manage all project managers and oversee several jobs.
• Estimate new projects and train new estimators
• Ability to work efficiently, self-directed and meet deadlines
• Ability to schedule and direct multiple subcontractors in the field
• Problem solve and track job costs
• Ability to train project managers
• Manage client accounts
• Must have good communication skills to interact with community managers, inspectors, architects, etc.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws
• Client oriented
