Description

As a Business Applications Developer, you will play a pivotal role in managing data pipelines, orchestrating Dynamics 365 integrations, crafting insightful Power BI reports, and delving into SQL work. Your expertise will drive the development and maintenance of Azure pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and analysis across our organization. Additionally, you will leverage your knowledge of data lakes to optimize data extraction and utilization.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Applications Developer:

• Develop and manage data pipelines to facilitate smooth data flow within Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business applications.
• Design and implement Power BI reports and dashboards, utilizing data modeling and DAX expressions for actionable insights.
• Utilize Azure technologies including Synapse (DW) & Analytics, Blob Storage, Data Factory, and Data Lake for robust data management and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to web application development utilizing various programming languages, with a focus on user interface development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, etc.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all systems and processes.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our technical capabilities.

Profile

Key skills required for the Business Applications Developer:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in business applications development.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Azure technology stack including Synapse (DW) & Analytics, Blob Storage, Data Factory, and Data Lake.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX expressions, and report/dashboard development.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in database management.
• Experience in web application development with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of user interface development principles and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
