involving IT solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting impact analyses, crafting business requirements, and engaging in projects requiring IT solutions.

Description

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
* Perform current state analysis, impact analysis, or gap assessment as needed
* Assist the Project Manager in developing diagrams and presentations when required
* Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus; responsible for sending meeting
minutes
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions
* Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements
* Build/implement test plans and conduct testing of new solutions; perform Business Analyst testing
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies
* Document controls for IT implementation within the requirements
* Escalate issues impacting the business in a clear, concise, and timely manner
* Provide clear and concise project reporting to the project manager
* Organize client touchpoints and steerco meetings as required, provide metrics, and manage client expectations

Profile

• Minimum 10 years of total work experience in the financial industry
• Must have experience dealing with structured finance and structure products (i.e.,ABS, MBS, CLO, etc)
• Must know the trade life-cycle from Front-to-Back of above project types
• Experience in heavy IT oriented projects working with querying database using SQL
• Must have experience with heave usage of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project etc.
• Experience in developing impact analysis, current state, future operating model, data reconciliation, quality review,workflow analysis, process improvement, strategic vision, business requirements, diagrams, and functional requirements
• Proven success identifying and tracking business issues and risks; support mitigation and resolution as required
• Experience in IT implementation, development, testing, etc.
