Our client, a very well-established law firm in Modesto, is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced HR Manager for this 3 to 4 month TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT.

SALARY: $25.00 to $30.00/hr

BENEFITS: Medical benefits available while Temp

LOCATION: Modesto, CA

DUTIES:

• Recruitment / Interviewing / Hiring / On-boarding
• Leaves of absences
• Scheduling trainings
• Absence notification
• Benefits reconciliation of invoices to be approved for accounting
• Compliance
• Employee Counseling / Employee Relations
• Managing of employee health insurance

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in HR, business or organization development a plus
• Two years of experience working in an HR department
• Time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Problem solving skills and resourceful thinking
• Ability to handle confidentiality
