Our very well established and growing Food Processing client isPARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced HR Generalist for this IMMEDIATE FULL TIME DIRECT HIRE CAREER OPPORTUNITY.

SALARY - $70,000.00 - $100,000.00

LOCATION - Within Stanislaus County (Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, or Surrounding Cities)

DUTIES -

• Handles all HR procedures and policies
• Interface with Payroll Dept
• Performance evaluations
• Labor reporting and compliance with labor laws & safety
• Org Chart & Employee handbook maintenance
• Work with management on policies and procedures, as well as guidance on disciplinary actions
• Exit interviews, terminations and counseling
• LOA & FMLA

SKILLS, EDUCATION EXPERIENCE -

• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in HR a plus
• 4 years of experience at an HR Generalist level
• Manufacturing industry experience a plus
• Strong computer abilities to include experience with HR software, timekeeping and proficiency in Word & Excel
