Our well-established Food Manufacturing client with an outstanding reputation in their industry is Partnering with STAFFING PARTNERS who is seeking an experienced Recruiting Assistant. This is an IMMEDIATE INDEFINITE TEMPORARY OPPORTUNITY!

Salary: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Benefits: Medical benefits available

Location: This position is located within Stanislaus County (which may include Modesto, Turlock, Oakdale, Riverbank or surrounding cities)

Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Duties:

• Work with HR manager for Hourly recruitment needs
• intake new applicants
• Screen candidate resumes
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews
• Maintain strong organization with candidates in the pipeline and promptly update statuses in our Applicant Tracking System
• Handle all necessary ongoing communications with candidates (ie. sending interview confirmations, scheduling additional interview rounds, and sending offer letters)
• Assist with onboarding of New hires
• Assist with technology set-up for new hires
• Assist with office administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Recruiting experience.
• Interview Experience.
• Experience in screening applicants for manufacturing positions preferred
• Proven track record of creating exceptional candidate experiences
• Proficient with technology and using Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making ability
• Great at multi-tasking and staying organized
