Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences - Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using the POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages - Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting - Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions.
