Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager at Stargaze Candles, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our presence on Instagram and TikTok. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning content, crafting compelling captions, and engaging with our audience to foster meaningful interactions and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
•Develop and curate visually appealing content for Instagram and TikTok, including images, videos, and other media.
•Stay current with trends and identify opportunities for creative, eye-catching content.
Content Scheduling and Posting:
•Plan and schedule posts on Instagram and TikTok to maintain a consistent and engaging presence.
•Ensure content is optimized for peak engagement times.
Caption Creation:
•Craft witty, informative, and on-brand captions that complement the content.
•Tailor captions to resonate with the specific audience on each platform.
Community Engagement:
•Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on Instagram and TikTok.
•Respond to comments and messages promptly with a friendly and brand-appropriate tone.
•Foster positive interactions and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Audience Growth:
•Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, and shares on both platforms.
•Collaborate with marketing and other teams to create campaigns that drive audience growth.
Analytics and Reporting:
•Track performance metrics and generate regular reports on the effectiveness of social media efforts.
•Use data insights to adjust strategies and optimize content for better results.
Stay Informed:
•Stay up to date with social media trends and emerging features on Instagram and TikTok.
•Share insights and recommendations with the team to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of work on Instagram and TikTok.
•A deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
•Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
