Support the implementation of a new agreement with our selected 3PL in Chicago
Develop/adjust quality processes in line with our new MHIRJ quality manual
Set-up and execute monthly quality plan review
Support quality reporting improvement and governance activities
In parallel with the quality function, represent MHIRJ interests related to operation activities driven through the selected 3PL
Ensure that the quality functions, related to the 3PL activities, are in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and in line with MHIRJ quality manual
Administer and implement quality and record-keeping standards, practices, policies and procedures
Supervise the training and deployment of Standard Practices and monitoring quality consistency throughout the assigned site
Support the accountable 3PL organization quality responsible in assigned duties and responsibilities
Oversee periodic audits of activities and records to ensure compliance with applicable MHIRJ quality manual
Key qualifications: As our ideal candidate,
You have a minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role in quality assurance (supervisory or lead experience in quality) within aerospace industry
A very good knowledge of quality standards and quality verification of products and their acceptance criteria
An analytical skill, ability to conduct problem solving processes using structured problem solving methods
You are fluent English
An experience in Aerospace and preferably Aftermarket would be considered an asset
You are a team player with a strong sense of initiative, responsibility and good judgment
You are able to manage several concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines
You have a good communication and interpersonal skills
You can easily use Windows applications (MS Excel, Word and Power Point)
Having knowledge and/or experience working with SAP would be an asset
You demonstrate leadership to train employees in the performance of duties in area of specialization
You have experience and exposure to external audits.
