Job Description

• Oversee and run projects from preconstruction phase through closeout on the job site.
• Coordinate with the Project Management team to ensure project delivery.
• Develop, gather, maintain, and/or submit work, plans, submittals, reports, etc.
• Travel when necessary.
• Create positive/welcoming work environment for teams.
• Plans and coordinates project activities inline with company polices and procedures.
• Assist PMs with client meetings - establish long-standing relationships w/ clients.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree (degree in construction is a plus)
• Quality control experience is a must
• Experience working on projects in the hospital and/or federal space
• HVAC or boiler plant experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and organized
• Can effectively communicate with clients
• Experience w/ BlueBeam & Viewpoint
• OSHA 30
