Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Tampa, FL

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in electrical project management, ensuring successful and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

2. Budget Management:

  • Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.

3. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

4. Quality Control:

  • Ensure that electrical projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

5. Client Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

6. Resource Allocation:

  • Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to optimize project outcomes.

7. Safety Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and project management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
