ObjectiveAbout the OpportunityIn this full-time position, the employee will be expected to manage the Agri-Service location. It will be this employees responsibility to control the day-to-day responsibilities and customer relations. The manager must have the ability to understand the complete working operations of the business, to secure maximum operational effectiveness at the location, and to achieve operational goals. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.

- Are available to work full time hours
- Are available to work Saturdays & Sundays
- Are available to work overtime (as needed)
- Are able to do heavy lifting, loading and bending (50-100 pounds)
- Are able to pass a DOT drug test and be qualified to driver per DOT regulations
- Have experience working in agriculture and enjoy being a key player in the industry
- Have a desire to succeed in your career and the ability to represent the company's culture
- Ability to uphold the company's mission, vision and values
- Have good time management skills
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Have good management and leadership skills
- Have exceptional organizational skills
- Can demonstrate timely and accurate decision making skills
- Can demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, assertiveness and are results-oriented
- Can demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to create and maintain professional working relationships
- A BS degree in agriculture or equivalent experience
- Class B CDL (not required, but recommended)
- Agricultural knowledge/experience in
- Feed and livestock production
- Agronomy and grain handling/marketing
- Fertilizer
- Chemical
- Mechanical ability (helpful)
- Forklift experience (helpful)
